Refund & Cancellation Policy

ArtContest.us conducts online art contests only, and a participation fee is charged to cover platform usage, digital evaluation, administrative, and operational costs. Once the registration is successfully completed and the participation fee is paid, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted. All participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-submission of artwork, incorrect details provided by the participant, disqualification due to rule violations, or technical issues from the participant’s side. ArtContest.us reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an online contest if required; however, participation fees will remain non-refundable. In case of duplicate or excess payment caused by a technical error, the additional amount will be refunded after proper verification.
